Dried fruit and nut truffles


Prepare tasty dried fruit and nut truffles. They will be a powerful source of energy and a great snack or dessert.

Zelta Rieksts truffle mass

Ingredients:

  • 100 g cashews

  • 150 g dates

  • 50 g goji berries

  • 50 g coconut flakes

  • 70 ml water

Directions:

Blend all ingredients into a smooth mass. From the mass, make small balls and put them in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Chocolate glaze

Ingredients:

  • 300 g dark chocolate

  • 60 ml grape-seed oil

Directions:

Melt the chocolate, add grape seed oil, and blend. Glaze truffles with chocolate glaze, decorate with freeze-dried raspberries and serve.
