Pasta with vegetables and Pancetta heavy cream sauce

Ingredients (1 serving):
100 g pasta
20 g asparagus
20 g sweet peas
40 g courgette
30 g sweet pepper
80 g Pancetta
80 ml heavy cream
15 g parmesan
1 g salt
50 g onion
10 g garlic


  1. Prepare the pasta as shown on the package;
  2. Fry the onion, add garlic – cook and then add the rest of the vegetables and let them cook;
  3. Cook the Pancetta separately and then add to the vegetables;
  4. Add the heavy cream, simmer for a while, then add parmesan and salt. If the sauce is too thick add the remaining pasta water;
  5. Add the pasta to the sauce;
  6. Serve with grated parmesan.
