Seminar of unique programme for confectioners with Alexandre Bourdeaux
For the first time in Latvia, the seminar room of Gemoss will host Chef-Confectioner, Consultant, Technologist and creator of international level recipes – Alexandre Bourdeaux with his unique programme seminar. For several years he has been the manager of one of the Chocolate Academies in Belgium, having previously gained experience while working as Chef-Confectioner at the five-star hotel chain “Four Seasons” and at the Royal Belgian Palace.
In recent years Alexandre has been devoting more time to developing his personal business, conducting only exclusive seminars of confectionery and chocolate art, which will also be organised for the visitors of the Gemoss seminar. Alexandre actively develops concepts and ideas based on his unquestionable visions of using common things such as mousse, meringue and glazing. The visitors of the seminar will have an exclusive opportunity to learn the knowledge and skills acquired by the Chef-Confectioner in preparing a variety of confectionery products, such as Japanese biscuit and Crunchy Choux.
